Honda link app worse app
I have a nice car 2018 Honda Clarity plug in hybrid that works well but the app and the customer service for the app is the worst I have ever encountered.
I have the app on iphone 6 and Iphone x and an Ipad air 2 with the latest IOS versions on all of my devices. The status information on the app takes forever to update if at all on all of my devices. I have closed the app and reopened it and the information will not update. Like that status of the battery, fuel levels ability to turn on climate control.
I have never had this problem with any other app on my devices just this one. When I call support last thing they told me is sever has been down since jun 22. If this affected my situation I would not have any information from jun 22 this is not the case. My information is just hours or a day old. Which should not be the case.
I have also had to teach the support personnel at Honda how to talk to people and support their own app,
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: fix the app I am willing to help solve the problem.
