I don't understand why in the world their customer service department doesn't have an email address.I have a phone number, a fax number and a twitter account but no email address which is probably one of the biggest modes of communication used these days in industry.

Twitter is basically useless because of the limited number of characters you can use and I like to do the communications with some method that I have their reply in writing for future reference.I faxed them requesting some information regarding the warranty on their vehicles almost 2 weeks ago and have not yet heard anything!

They may make great vehicles but their customer service department needs to learn how to communicate.
